ISD Subscriptions   - Your monthly subscription brings you:  

An ISD product subscription is an essential resource for successful research sites, combining the latest in product technology, education and training, information, and priority access to the latest developments from Integra.

Whether you are a single site or a multi-site organization, we'll provide you with the most up-to-date tools to manage your studies.  Throughout the year, updates and new releases will be delivered automatically as soon as they become available, so you can be sure to have the best tools at any time.

And, as a subscriber, you can be sure you have a voice in the features contained in the products.  Integra places high priority on the requests coming directly from our subscribers for new features and enhancements to Clinasyst and Clinitrol.  You'll also be first in line to receive these features.

Per Incident Priority Support

Integra Systems Design, Inc. provides toll-free priority access to our support technicians. The fee for per-incident priority support is $50.00                                        

Training

Integra Systems Design, Inc. offers training if needed. Customers may receive on-site training for a fee of $1,000.00/day (+expenses) or remote training* for $75.00/hr.

 

* Remote support/training requires modem or Internet connection and pcAnywhere® software.
