The Visit Tracking Report includes

1.    Patients

2.    Procedures

3.    Providers

4.    Study

5.    Group

6.    Visit Status by date

Information is based on the user-selected Study ID and visit status from a preceding parameter form. If a visit status is not selected, ALL visits will be printed for a given study.
