The Unscheduled Visits Pop-up Form provides for the addition of interim visits outside the normal study protocol. When and unscheduled visit is added, an appointment record is automatically generated for the visit. The unscheduled visit number is the number of the patient’s last (P)ending or (C)omplete visit plus .1 (plus .2 if a second unscheduled visit is necessary, etc.)
