Study Master Protocol Tab

(Main Menu > Studies > Study Master > Protocol Tab)

Visit and Procedure specifications for the selected study are entered here. Clinasyst will use the protocol setup to handle patient scheduling, provider scheduling, and study tracking. Clinasyst’s Study Budget section also relies on this protocol to calculate financial information. The following is a simple guide for setting up the study protocol:

1. Enter the number of patients to enroll in the study group(s).

2. Enter the visit information for each group. The arrow to the left of the group window indicates a selected group.

3. Enter the procedure information for each visit. The arrow to the left of the visit window indicates a selected visit.

Once the study protocol has been created, print the Study Protocol Report.

NOTE: Two views are provided for this Tab. The first shows the Procedures Section. The second has the Notepad for Visit Notes. Toggle between these two views by clicking the <Notes> button on the bottom of the form.
