Study Budget is only available to users with financial privileges.
Per-Visit costs are expenses incurred at the visit level of the study. A good way to determine which budget items are per-visit level items is to see if the following apply:
1. Is the item amount paid for a visit regardless of which procedures are completed?
2. Is the item amount paid for each patient per visit?
3. Is the item a fee or an overhead percentage?
