The Sponsors Report includes

1.    Company name and address

2.    Country

3.    ID

4.    Contact name and title

5.    Phone numbers

Information is based on the user-selected range of sponsors from a preceding parameter form. If a range of sponsors is not selected, general information will print for ALL sponsors.
