Security enables the data manager to add new users and to select which user(s) have access to financial information.

To add a new user:

1.    Click the <Add> button.

2.    On the New Users pop-up form, complete the Login Name field.

3.    Click the <Close> button to return to the Security form.

To add more than one user:

1.    On the New Users pop-up form, enter the first name.

2.    Hit Enter or Tab, then enter another name. You may add as many New Users as you wish.

3.    Click the <Close> button to return to the Security form.

NOTE: None of the users added in this manner will be granted Financial Permission until you flag them individually.
