(Main Menu > Recruitment > Recruitment > Medical History Button)
1. Click the <Medical History> button to recruit patients based on diseases, medical conditions, etc.
2. Flag “Include” to select patients based on inclusion criteria, or “Exclude” to select patients based on exclusion criteria.
3. After criteria have been selected, click the <OK> button to select and display the patients who meet the desired criteria.
4. Or, click the <Cancel> button to return to the recruitment screen without applying any criteria.
