The Provider Price List is available to users with financial permission only. Cost equals the amount it costs your site for this provider to perform this procedure. Price equals the amount you charge your sponsor when this provider performs this procedure.
The History section is read-only. It is compiled from information entered on the Study Budget Procedures Tab.
