(Main Menu > Patients > Patient Master > Systems Review Tab)
The Systems Review Tab enables the user to select all physical systems that need to be reviewed for the patient’s medical history. If the patient has been affected by a condition/medical history event for a particular system, flag that system’s condition as “Yes.” Immediately, Clinasyst will jump to the patient’s medical history tab so that the condition may be properly recorded.
