The Lifestyle Tab is used to collect any information that may be relevant for the recruiting of patients that does not fall under the categories of Demographics, Medical History, Medications, or Allergies. See Recruitment Lifestyles Pop-up.
This tab works in conjunction with your Lifestyles Master Table.
Information is entered by using broad Lifestyle Types (i.e., tobacco, alcohol, exercise, diet, etc.) and specific Lifestyle descriptions (i.e., for tobacco, you might use smokeless, cigars, cigarettes—less than 1 pack per day, cigarettes—more than 1 pack per day, etc.)
