The Patient Detail Report includes a detailed patient report for all selected patients or for a single patient highlighted in the list. This report appears in the same layout as the Patients Report.
NOTE: Phone number(s) print in Bold typeface if they were flagged for discretion on the Patient Information Demographics tab.
