Locations may be added if a facility has multiple locations where patients are being seen. This is not the same as having multiple facilities where the same protocol may be conducted at multiple sites. Use the Location Master Table to enter the locations for a facility.
NOTE: Clinasyst will create a default location with the same information found in the Site Master Table.
