The Financial Detail includes
1. Amount earned per patient per procedure
2. Total patient earnings
3. Total study earnings
Information is based on the user-selected Study ID, date range, and patient from a preceding parameter form. If a date range is not selected, study summary information will be printed for ALL financial entries of this study. Also, if a patient is not selected, financial information will be printed for ALL patients of this study.
