Budget Items are used to define charges in the study budget that are either patient or study specific.

Budget Categories (i.e. Administrative, Clinical, etc.) must be entered prior to detailed Budget Items (i.e., Overhead, Enrollment Fee, Patient Stipend, Lab Fees, etc.)

HINT: A budget category is selected only when the pointer is to the left of the budget category description. Select a category (or add a new one) before adding an item. The screen shows only the items associated with the selected category. Select another category to enter or display its items.
