(Main Menu > Scheduler > Scheduler> Appointment Pop-up > Visit Schedule Tab)
Select the Visit Schedule Tab to view the schedule for all providers, coordinators, and resources required for the open visit.
Use the Appointment Pop-up to Add new (non-protocol) appointments or to edit existing appointments.
To access an appointment pop-up for a new (non-protocol) appointment, click the <Add Appointment> selection on the Scheduler Menu.
To access the appointment pop-up for an existing appointment (to edit the appointment), double-click the appointment itself in the scheduler window or click the <Edit Appointment> selection on the Scheduler Menu.
