Reports are accessed from the locations in the system where you are most likely to need them.
General Reports are accessed through the Reports Menu.
(Main Menu > Reports > drop-down list).
Financial Reports are accessed through the Financial Menu.
(Main Menu > Financial > Print Report > drop-down list).
Recruitment Reports are accessed through Recruitment.
(Main Menu > Recruitment > Recruitment)
Study Regulation Reports (Adverse Events and Form 1572) are accessed through Study Regulation.
(Main Menu > Studies > Study Regulation > Reports Tab)
Patient-specific Reports are accessed through Patient Central.
(Main Menu > Administration > Patient Central > Reports Tab)
1. Click on the drop-down menu item or <Button> to request the desired report.
2. Clinasyst opens a Pop-up Form about the requested report which asks you for more specific information. Basically, Clinasyst needs to know what information you want the report to contain, so the pop-ups ask for things such as Study ID, Date Range, Provider, Patient, and Status. Complete any fields that are applicable.
3. Click <OK> to preview the Report on your screen.
4. Print the report by clicking the printer icon button. Or close the report preview and re-request the report, adjusting the report parameters as needed.
